RECOMMENDED USE:
To use as a dietary supplement, take 1-5 drops of Entourage Oil under the tongue 3 times per day, hold in the mouth for around 30 seconds then swallow. If you are taking more than 2 drops at a time, consider spreading your dose by having single drops with equal time periods in between.
