Mediweed Returns & Refunds Policy
- If a customer claims an order was not delivered, Mediweed will investigate and attempt a redelivery if necessary. If Mediweed did not make the delivery attempt, the customer will receive a full refund.
- If there is a quality issue with an order, the recipient should contact Mediweed within 5 days of delivery to request a replacement. No refunds or replacements will be made if Mediweed is not notified within 5 days.
- Mediweed may reject any questionable or fraudulent orders.
- If a customer needs to cancel an order, they must do so before the order is dispatched. If the cancellation is received after dispatch, no refund will be issued.
- Mediweed is not responsible for any orders where the recipient refuses to accept the item, or if the customer over-orders a product by mistake.
- For international orders, it is the customer’s responsibility to check their customs/import regulations regarding tax, duty, and permitted items. Mediweed will not refund international postage under any circumstances after the package has been dispatched. If a package is returned due to the customer’s actions (such as changing their mind, refusing the delivery, or providing incorrect details), the customer will be responsible for the return postage cost.
